Outside client work we spend most of our time partnering with The Market Research Society (MRS), ESOMAR, AURA and AQR working for equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) in our industry, organisations, and for people. Instigators of the MRS Changemaker Awards and part of the Inclusion Pledge working group alongside training and developing best practice for AQR, clients and partners.​
 

This also includes making sure we're representative in all countries and cultures we work within. And report back in a culturally sensitive and authentic way with a focus on reciprocity and respect as well as representation. 

A Different Kind of Internship with Speakers for Schools

One of the challenges of promoting diversity in the marcomms space—and specifically in research—is that school students often don’t know about our industry. As a result, they don’t apply for opportunities in this field. This lack of awareness means our industry tends to attract candidates primarily from middle-class, white, and university-educated backgrounds.
